Welcome to Occidental Right to Work Education Fund. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website at occidentalrighttowork.org (the "Site"), our account portal, and our services. By creating an account or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

1Who We Are

Occidental Right to Work Education Fund is located at 2223 S Highland Drive 300, Salt Lake City, UT 84106. A non-profit research, legal education, and public policy institute dedicated to educating workers, policy leaders, and the judicial community on the principles of voluntary association and individual workplace rights.

2Eligibility

Our services are intended for adults who can form a binding contract. We may request information to confirm your eligibility and reserve the right to approve, decline, or discontinue service in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

3Accounts & Security

Certain features require an account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. We offer two-factor authentication (2FA) to help protect your account; you are responsible for keeping your contact information current so you can receive verification codes. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

4Acceptable Conduct

You agree to use our services lawfully and respectfully, to comply with applicable laws, and to treat our staff and other users with respect. You agree not to harass others, misrepresent your identity, or engage in unlawful conduct in connection with the Site or our services.

5Fees, Payments & Refunds

Where fees apply, the applicable amounts and payment terms are presented at the time of enrollment or registration. Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase or required by law, fees are non-refundable. Any refund requests will be considered in accordance with the policy stated for the applicable service.

6Services, Registrations & Events

When you register for a service or event, you agree to any additional rules or requirements stated for that activity. We may modify, reschedule, or cancel services or events, and will make reasonable efforts to notify affected users.

7Communications

By creating an account or contacting us, you agree that we may communicate with you by email regarding your account and the services you register for. If you opt in to text messaging, you may receive account verification codes (2FA / one-time passcodes) and updates about educational programs, publications, and events you request from Occidental Right to Work Education Fund; message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance. Your mobile number and SMS opt-in consent will never be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Full details are in our SMS Terms & Conditions. You can manage your communication preferences at any time, and you may unsubscribe from non-essential messages.

8Acceptable Use of the Website

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not: attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, the account portal, or connected systems; interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation or security; use automated means to scrape or harvest data; upload malicious code; or use the Site in any way that infringes the rights of others.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and the Occidental Right to Work Education Fund name and marks — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

18Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms & Conditions, constitute the entire agreement between you and Occidental Right to Work Education Fund regarding the Site and our services.
